Synopsis

Matteo e' un giovane obiettore di coscienza, destinato a trascorrere il suo anno di servizio civile presso la comunita' Ismaele. Retta da un paio di personaggi bizzarri, ed in collegamento con alcuni preti missionari, la comunità e' un microcosmo in cui sono mescolati malati veri e immaginari, criminali paraplegici, seduttrici in carrozzina, e soprattutto gli altri obiettori, non meno particolari dei malati. Sara' un anno importante e indimenticabile, per Matteo, alle prese con i primi compromessi della vita.

Una commedia semplice ma efficace la cui sceneggiatura ha vinto già nel '96 del Premio Solinas.
