Synopsis
A Rodi il re Serse e la sua corte stanno festeggiando l'enorme colosso costruito nel porto, a guardia dell'isola, in grado di vomitare pece infuocata. Ma Tireo, il perfido consigliere del re, sta organizzando un complotto per spodestare Serse dal trono, con la complicita' di Diana, la figlia dell'inventore della statua gigantesca. L'unico a sapere cosa stia accadendo e' Dario che lottera' fino alla morte per salvare il suo re e Rodi dalle grinfie dei traditori.
