Esperto di arti marziali agente degli inglesi, Bruce Lee e' incaricato di indagare su un pericoloso contrabbandiere di oppio. L'agente deve quindi infiltrarsi nel quartier generale del nemico penetrando sull'isola al largo di Hong Kong, dove questi regna come un despota assoluto e dove si svolge uno strano torneo di arti marziali.
