FILM IS NOW is the first italian website completely dedicated to authorized and hi-quality movies and other audiovisual products. FILM IS NOW started in Italy legal digital download of cinema contents since October 2006, providing the Electronic Sell Through (EST) of important cinema companies as Warner Home Enterteinment, Mikado, Mondo Home Entertainment, Cecchi Gori Home Video e General Video, a cui si sono poi aggiunte Ermitage, Vegas Multimedia, Forward, Mediafilm, Onemovie, Indigo Film, DNA, Docvideo, Delta Pictures, Puntozero, Diva.

Today FILM IS NOW can provide its customers a 800 movies library, increasing week by week thanks to “day-and-date” releases of main titles.

FILM IS NOW works through the website www.filmisnow.it and through customization of its offert platform/library for other partner website. Movies and all audiovisual products FILM IS NOW can provide are available in Download-to-Own (definitive download, a purchase) and Download-to-Rent (temporary download, an hire). In both modality we offer 2 licenses of watching movies on 2 different pc and, only if you want, other 2 addictional licenses.

Movies downloaded on the hard-disk can be watched on the screen of your pc or on your TV, by using a cable connecting TV Out with PC VGA-exit.

FILM IS NOW library is becoming bigger, by signign new licenses from national and international cinema companies, and widener, by opening sections dedicated to documentaries, indipendent and essay movies, single filmmakers, all products difficult to be found in traditional channels of distribution.

FILM IS NOW is based on a platform called Smart Video. It manage the full process of "digital delivery", using the Digital Rights Management di Microsoft, international standard known and used by all content provider.
